This notice covers craigcarroll.co, including its main website, Koola application page, and supporting article. Craig Carroll & Co., LLC operates this site. You can use the content and contact options with optional tracking turned off.
Your settings
For visits identified as coming from the United States, optional analytics and configured advertising tools are enabled by default unless you opt out. For other locations, or when the location is unknown, these tools stay off until you choose “Allow optional” or save your selections. Open “Privacy settings” in the notice or footer to change individual categories or select “Opt out of all.” Dismissing the notice does not grant consent. Saved opt-outs are honored, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional tracking off.
Analytics and recordings
When analytics is enabled, PostHog’s US service receives page views, traffic source labels, device information, clicks, scrolling, inquiry conversion events, page-speed measurements, and unhandled script errors. Error reports include error types and script locations with query strings removed; free-form error messages and code variables are omitted. A browser identifier helps relate activity across visits. On the main website, Koola page, and supporting article, errors and contact interactions trigger masked session recordings. While waiting for a trigger, the browser holds a short recording buffer in memory; it is sent only after a trigger. Forms and private-marked content are blocked from recordings, and input values are masked. Console entries at all levels retain their level and safe script locations; message text and serialized objects are omitted. Network headers and bodies are not recorded, and replay URLs omit query strings and fragments. This privacy page does not record sessions. We do not send contact-form contents, email addresses, or names as analytics properties.
Advertising and company insights
When advertising is enabled, GroundTruth measures page activity and confirmed inquiry submissions across the main website, Koola landing page, and supporting article. Eligible visits can be used for retargeting when the advertising account’s audience settings are enabled. Configured LinkedIn tools may also measure campaign-page activity. Leadfeeder runs across these website pages and may use network information, including your connection’s IP address, to infer an associated company. Advertising tools do not load on this privacy page or on recognized test and automated visits. These tools run only after their account setup is complete.
A company match is an inference, not proof of employment or personal identity. We do not identify an anonymous visitor as Steve or another Koola employee. Advertising platforms control their own audience eligibility, processing time, ad delivery, and reporting limits.
Messages and sharing
The contact form uses Cloudflare Email Service to deliver the name, email address, and message you provide to hello@craigcarroll.co. These details are used to respond. Email-sharing links open a draft in your own email app. Copying a link or opening LinkedIn does not send a message automatically. A sharing click is measured as intent, not confirmed delivery.
Storage and changing your choice
Your selections are stored in this browser and shared across the site’s pages. When analytics is enabled, campaign attribution and PostHog’s browser identifiers may also be stored. Default settings are not recorded as your consent. You can opt out through “Privacy settings” below. Analytics and recording stop; pages may reload to stop previously loaded advertising scripts. An opt-out stops future collection, but does not erase information already received by providers.
To ask about website data or request removal of a message you submitted, email hello@craigcarroll.co.
